A Brooklyn teenager has been arrested for a robbery in Manhattan.
Police say 18-year-old Fethi Nekrouf, of Bushwick, and an accomplice stole an iPhone in Hell's Kitchen just before midnight on April 17.
They say Nekrouf took a picture of himself with his partner using the stolen phone and sent it to the victim's mother. 
Nekrouf is being charged with petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. Police are still searching for the second suspect.
