Some Brooklyn residents awoke to the sound of gunshots Sunday.
Police say the shots were heard in the area of Myrtle Avenue and Vanderbilt Avenue in Clinton Hill.
They say they received at least 12 calls reporting 10 to 12 gunshots heard.
Police were canvassing hospitals to check if anyone was admitted with gunshot wounds.
