Police have identified the man suspected of trying to sexually assault two women in Brooklyn, and they want everyone to get a good look at him.
Investigators released a photo of 27-year-old Cortez Simmons, who they say tried to rape a woman near Ralph Avenue and Bainbridge Street back on Aug. 31. The victim was able to fight him off, but he got away with her cellphone.
That same day, Simmons is also accused of lifting up a 33-year-old woman's skirt and threatening to hit her. That incident happened near Patchen Avenue and Chauncey Street.
Authorities had previously released surveillance video of Simmons, who is believed to be 6 feet tall and nearly 200 pounds.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
