Police are looking for leads in two deadly shootings in the past 24 hours. The first shooting occurred just before midnight on E. 153rd Street. Police arrived to find a black man, around 32 years old, unconscious with a gunshot wound.
Police say the second shooting happened in front of 9-28 Intervale Ave. around 4:30 a.m. this morning. When police arrived, they found a man in his early 20s with gunshot wounds to the head and torso.
Both victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital where they were pronounced dead. Police say there are no suspects or arrests in either shooting. Officials are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
