Authorities have made an arrest in the fatal stabbing of a teenager in Mott Haven. Investigators say 41-year-old Luis Vasquez attacked 17-year-old Michael Baez in a Clinton Avenue apartment. Vasquez faces murder, manslaughter and criminal possession charges. According to Baez's sister, the teen had been visiting a friend when a family fight broke out. She claims Baez was stabbed in the torso while trying to break up the fight.
