A man was assaulted by two men who broke into a construction site and stole copper pipes, police say.
The incident happened on July 27, inside of 3084 Fulton St. around 12 p.m.
Police say the two suspects broke into the building where construction was being completed.
The two men assaulted a 49-year-old man inside the building who attempted to stop them from stealing copper pipes.
Police say the suspects pushed the man to ground before leaving with the copper pipes.
They left in a late model Honda Accord with Virginia plates VSF 514.
