A man was fatally shot inside an Airbnb in East New York early Sunday, police say.

Police responded to an emergency call around 1 a.m. at 373 Montauk Ave.

Police say gunfire came through the first-floor window from outside and struck him.

The victim was found unconscious and unresponsive with multiple wounds to his torso.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is unknown if the 24-year-old man was the intended target.

No arrests have been made.

An investigation remains ongoing.
