Police: Man fatally struck by train in Brooklyn

A man was hit by a train and killed early Tuesday morning at Fourth Avenue and Union Street, according to the NYPD.

A man was hit by a train and killed early Tuesday morning at Fourth Avenue and Union Street, according to the NYPD.

Police say the man was on the tracks as an NBR train was entering the station around 3:30 a.m. The operator says they didn't see anyone jump onto the tracks.

The man was pronounced dead just before 4 a.m.

Police believe the man was not the victim of any crime.
