The NYPD is searching for a man they say stole from a grocery store in Williamsburg.
Police say that the man broke into a grocery store on Heyward Street, stealing around $1,500 in cash from the registers inside before running off. They say he was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers.
Anyone with information on the person's whereabouts is asked to contact police.
