Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has announced that police have caught the suspect who vandalized 30 cars across several Bronx neighborhoods.
Police say the suspect, who has not been identified because he has not been charged yet, was turned in by his mother.
Residents living in Morrisania and Mott Haven have reported hundreds of dollars in damages after a week of tires being slashed.
