Police have released a photo of the man accused of stabbing and killing a worker at an East New York deli on Aug. 1.

Police are searching for 42-year-old Oneil Millise in the fatal stabbing of 33-year-old Diego Sandoval Nava.

Police believe Millise came into the deli and got into an argument with Nava before leaving the deli, coming back and stabbing Nava multiple times.

Nava was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Deli workers tell News 12 that Nava was a father. Customers like Lamont Reville say Nava's absence has been felt.

"He was very kind and generous. If he saw you were missing a dollar or something, he would let you have it. He'd be like, 'It's on us today'. It's just so sad," said Reville.

Police encourage anyone with information to contact them.
