Omar Delgado was arrested after an investigation by state officials and charged with two felonies: possessing a sexual performance by a child and possessing obscene sexual performance by a child under 16.
Delgado was arraigned at the Town of Mamakating Court and released with a return date of Jan. 27 to the Town of Thompson Court.
