Four police officers saved a man who was trying to kill himself on Christmas Eve in Brooklyn.
Authorities say the man, 62, was threatening to jump off the Marine Parkway Gil-Hodges Memorial Bridge Thursday afternoon.
Police say he slit his wrists and actually leaped from the bridge. As the man jumped, the officers lunged toward him, forcing him to land on the walkway.
The man was treated for his wounds at Brookdale Hospital.
