Police say the first robbery occurred at a Capital One bank in Queens last week. They say the two latest robberies happened in Brooklyn.
Police say the suspect has been caught on surveillance cameras. According to police, in each case the suspect is wearing a blue poncho, which covered part of his face.
Officials say after the suspect robbed the Capital One bank and Apple Savings bank, he broke into the Chase Bank Monday on the corner of Grand Street and Bushwick Avenue. Officials say in all cases, the suspect got away with cash.
Officials say no one was hurt throughout the robbery spree.
