Police say they are searching for a killer in the death of a Brooklyn cafe owner who had disappeared on Halloween.
Authorities in Lehigh County, Penn. say that a body found nearly two months ago has been identified as Josh Rubin. They say the body was found along a rural road, badly mutilated and smoldering, just hours after family members reported him missing.
The coroner says that the cause of death was a gunshot wound and that Rubin's body was set on fire afterward. The case has been ruled a homicide.
Rubin had opened the Whisk Cafe in Ditmas Park back in September. The community came together after his disappearance to try and find Rubin, posting flyers and canvassing the neighborhood.
