Police need the public's help in finding two men wanted in a home invasion and robbery in Greenpoint.

Investigators say on Nov. 28, the suspects followed a 63-year-old woman into her home on Morgan Avenue and proceeded to attack her.

They continuously punched the woman in the face and head, fracturing her eye socket and jaw.

They then ran off with her purse which contained $40 and a cellphone.
