Police have released a photograph of a fourth person of interest wanted for questioning in the shooting death of an aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo early Labor Day morning.
Investigators say Carey Gabay was caught in the crossfire between rival gangs in the early morning before the West Indian American Day Parade.
Gabay, 43, died from his injuries nine days later.
In the days after the shooting, police sought the public's help identifying two armed men recorded running into a building immediately after the shooting. Last month, police released surveillance video showing a third man they say is connected to the crime.
Police have still not made any arrests in connection with the attack. There is a $25,500 reward for information leading to a conviction.
