A narcotics raid at 1769 Park Place in Brownsville netted four arrests Thursday and the confiscation of hundreds of packets of synthetic marijuana, according to the NYPD.
Police also found three bags of cocaine, 31 tablets of the anti-anxiety medication clonazepam and 9 mm bullets, authorities say.
They arrested 40-year-old Carlos Alvarez, 29-year-old Pablo Morales, 30-year-old Jessica Rodriguez and 19-year-old Jamie Harrison.
All four face charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and other charges.
Police have been aggressively cracking down on synthetic marijuana, especially the brand K2, after a number of overdoses and bad reactions, including recently outside the Big Boy Deli in Bed-Stuy.
The NYPD says 240 people have overdosed on the drug in the past two weeks -- and they have made 74 arrests in connection with its possession or distribution.
