The NYPD is asking for help tracking down a man who went through a sleeping man's pockets in Sunset Park.

Police say a 38-year-old man was sleeping on a D train when the suspect started rummaging through his pockets. The victim woke up and the suspect punched him in the face before running away.

The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call police.
