Officials say the two suspected targeted buses in Flatbush and East Flatbush.
At times, they allegedly set fires to two busses a day.
The most recent arson attack reportedly happened on Thursday.
The suspects are described as being between 18 to 20 years old.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fires.
