Police are asking for the public's help in catching the Bronx's most wanted criminals.
Noel Kelly is wanted for murder, police say. He is accused of shooting and killing a man on Tilden Avenue in 2004. Derrick Witter is also accused of murder. Police say he is wanted for killing a man on Davidson Avenue.
Both men are part of the city's 25 most wanted criminals. Officials say Kelly, Whitter and three others on the list are from the Bronx, including Muammer Aldailam, the most recent addition.
Police say Aldailam worked at a grocery store at 941 Hoe Ave. where he allegedly shot three people, killing one of them. Neighborhood residents speculate that Aldailam killed his girlfriend in a jealous rage. Many are worried that he has not been arrested.
"It scares me because I have to watch my back," says Renee Hill, who lives on Hoe Avenue.
Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
