A 13-year-old boy riding his bike was fatally struck by a truck Friday in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Police found Kevin Flores laying in the street near the intersection of Lewis and Jefferson avenues just before 6 p.m.

Officials say 28-year-old Philip Monfoletto, who was driving a 2000 MACK oil truck, made a right turn on Jefferson, striking Flores.

Flores was taken to Interfaith Hospital with severe head trauma and was pronounced dead.

News 12 is told Monfoletto remained at the scene after the incident.

He has been charged with unlicensed aggravated operation.
