Pope Francis' upcoming visit to New York City has inspired some papal memorabilia in Brooklyn.
Frances Poggioli, store manager of the Regina Gift Shop in Bay Ridge, says she has seen a steady flow of people in the past few weeks hoping to buy pontiff keepsakes.
"I've had quite a few phone calls looking for flags and banners and bobbleheads, which I don't sell," says Poggioli. "Bobbleheads are for baseball players, not for popes."
One of the more popular items at the shop is a pope coin. Many shoppers are hoping that if they do meet the pope, he will be able to bless the coin.
