Popular vegan burger chain makes its way to Brooklyn
Slutty Vegan is known for serving up some of the best vegan food, and the burger chain is finally opening their doors in Brooklyn.
The meatless burgers from the famed Slutty Vegan burger chain prides themselves on being at the forefront of one of the hottest concepts in the food industry.
"I am so excited and elated to say that we are now a part of the community serving up burgers, pies, and fries, and building an ecosystem that we've been building for the past four years,” said Pinky Cole, founder and CEO of Slutty Vegan.
She started by making plant-based meals out of a shared kitchen in Atlanta, where her business eventually became a food truck.
Now, the Brooklyn location will mark the seventh brick-and-mortar location for the growing vegan franchise.
The team is hard at work preparing for an expected swarm of hungry customers this weekend, including a possible visit from Mayor Eric Adams.
Festivities will be happening along Fulton Street on Saturday, where Slutty Vegan will be opening their doors to New Yorkers.
