The fallout from Mayor Eric Adams’ federal indictment continues – he pleaded not guilty to five federal charges including bribery, wire fraud and conspiracy. Prosecutors now say more charges could come. Brooklyn Council Member Sandy Nurse joined Amanda Bossard to speak about the charges and other issues affecting the borough.
Also, the city pulled a U-turn on the plan to redesign McGuinness Boulevard and says construction is set to start this fall. Assembly Member Emily Gallagher joined the show to discuss the need for change after several fatal crashes.
