Con Edison says it has restored power to nearly 84 percent of its customers who were affected by Superstorm Sandy, but more than 20,000 Brooklyn residents are still living in the dark one week after the storm. Residents in Canarsie are coping with news from Con Ed representatives that their power likely won't be back until Friday.
