Con Edison crews have officially restored power to residents and business owners over in Boerum Hill and Park Slope. This comes after manhole fires caused by snow and sleet left customers in the dark last weekend. Brooklyn Borough President Antonio Reynoso and Councilwoman Shahana Hanif were seen in the impacted neighborhood distributing emergency supplies. Brooklyn has experienced 9,300 outages since the winter storm that hit back on Jan. 25.
