A rally in Manhattan over the weekend was held in support of having school safety agents in city schools. 
Hundreds of parents and community leaders showed their support despite the weather. 
However, not everyone is on board with keeping school safety agents in schools. 
Some of the more vocal opponents who want to get police out of city schools include the city's Public Advocate Jumaane Williams and the New York Civil Liberties Union.
