The festival featured candy, music, costumes and community organizations throughout the day.
With Castle Hill being one of the new neighborhoods included in the 14th District, Ocasio-Cortez took some time to speak with voters ahead of Election Day.
She is not the only one out campaigning. Her opponent, Republican candidate Tina Forte, was out speaking with voters on Westchester Avenue on Friday night.
