Republican Ryan Fazio has won Connecticut's 36th Senate District.
The 36th District represents Greenwich, Stamford, and New Canaan.
Fazio first won the seat in a 2021 special election, then was reelected in 2022 by just 89 votes.
The Greenwich native is the ranking senator on the legislature’s Energy and Technology Committee and Planning & Development Committee. Fazio also serves on the Transportation Committee and the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee.
