People living near the Stadium Homeless Center for Men in Highbridge say they've had it with the center and that their quality of life has decreased since the shelter opened two years ago.
Residents in the area have filed complaints with their community board over everything from public drunkenness to panhandling. Others say they're concerned because a middle school is being constructed across the street from the shelter.
Jose Rodriguez, of Community Board 4, says the board is working with the local precinct to ensure safety.
