Residents of a Fort Greene block say unannounced changes to the parking rules there have caused major confusion.
The residents, who live on Carlton Avenue, say reduced street cleaning regulations that had been introduced by the city were abruptly changed back to the old rules by the Department of Transportation.
Members of Community Board 2 say DOT officials have advised them that the change back to the old rules was a mistake and would be corrected this week.
