Anyone over the age of 12 is
eligible to get the Pfizer vaccine at the new site. Residents vaccinated there will also receive
a free ticket into the zoo for a future date.
Residents in the area are
able to receive the shot by just walking in. The site is also taking
appointments online through the city's
vaccine finder.
Anyone between the ages of 12
and 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
The site will set you up with
an appointment for a second shot before you leave, but that will happen at a
different location.
The Bronx Zoo vaccination site will be open every weekday through
June 30 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The city also opened
a pop-up site at the Brooklyn Children's Museum. Residents vaccinated there
receive a ticket for free admission.
May Bill de Blasio announced that the New York City Aquarium in
Coney Island will soon have a vaccination site.
