RUPCO offers $40,000 grants to low-income, first-time homebuyers in Orange County

Low-income residents in Orange County now have the opportunity to realize their dreams of homeownership thanks to RUPCO's initiative offering grants of up to $40,000.
These grants, made available by the State Office of Homes and Community Renewal, aim to assist first-time homebuyers with down payments, repairs and closing costs.
Eligibility for these grants is based on meeting specific income criteria:
  • For a one-person household, the maximum income limit is slightly over $80,000.
  • For an eight-person household, the limit extends up to just over $157,000.
