Search efforts are underway for a missing 13-year-old Bronx boy.

Police say Jeremiah Jones was last seen at his Topping Avenue home on Monday, May 3, around 11 a.m.

He is described as standing at 6-foot-1 and weighing around 150 pounds with a medium build. He has brown eyes and black hair. Police say he was last wearing a green jacket, black pants and red sneakers.
