? A new program aims to help Brooklyn parents play a vital role in their children?s education.
Elected officials and parents gathered at City Hall Sunday to announce the start of free parent training seminars. The classes are part of the Parent Training Initiative. Parents say the classes will help them better navigate the politics of Brooklyn public schools and express their concerns more effectively.
The first seminar will be March 2.
