Seniors at one Bronx public high school say they were sent home for wearing class shirts instead of their school uniforms.
According to the students, most of the graduating class at the Urban Assembly for Applied Math and Science was sent home after showing up in senior T-shirts instead of the required school uniform.
The students say they wore the senior T-shirts as a symbol of school spirit and that they shouldn't have been punished for wearing them.
