Some Bronx tenants rallied together Monday to pressure their landlord into restoring gas in their homes.
According to residents in buildings 1511 through 1521 Sheridan Ave., they've been struggling without gas for more than a month.
Con Edison says the problem is not on their end and that it's the landlord who needs to make necessary building repairs.
The city's Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) says the property has 100 open violations.
News 12 The Bronx reached out to the building owner, Colonial Management, but it would not comment.
