New Yorkers turned a snowy situation into a party.
Oscar Risco brought the community together with an act of love that took hours to create but resulted in a lot of smiles.
It took nearly a full day of shoveling, carving and excavating to create a snow-made replica of SpongeBob's iconic house, complete with doors and windows and intricate details on the exterior.
Risco says it was inspired by the love he has for his daughter.
News 12’s Hannah Kliger details more on how he made his 3-year-old daughter’s wish come true.
