Splish Splash opened for the summer Saturday and unveiled a new slide during the festivities.

Hyperlight is the park’s newest attraction. Season pass holders were given early access to the revamped slide featuring lights and music as you ride down.

Each rider even gets to choose their own theme, so it's different every time you go down.

Splish Splash’s Director of Marketing, Danielle Trombetta, told News 12 she's also looking forward to seeing more guests after the pandemic slowed attendance.

"The only thing that will probably be different this year is more guests in the park,” she said. “You know we are really excited to have people come back that maybe didn’t come back last season when we were open."

Another change this year for the park is it has gone cashless. Every purchase will be made with a credit or debit card. For patrons without a card or just prefer to carry cash, they do have cash to card kiosks at the front entrance.
