Rain and wind whipped through the borough for a second straight day.
The wet weather made for another messy day, with large puddles flooding some streets. In addition, the wind gusts hit up to 40 mph.
Drivers took it slow on the slick, wet roads, and other commuters needed their rain boots and umbrellas.
In Bay Ridge, the area was more like a ghost town than a tourist destination. Some people did brave the elements saying it's just typical October weather.
Friday will be cool, but dry.
