An iconic theater and music venue has reopened in a larger space on Water Street in Dumbo.
St. Ann's Warehouse reopened in a refitted tobacco warehouse built in 1860. The venue has bounced around to several locations during its 36-year existence.
Officials say the new 25,000-square-foot home at Brooklyn Bridge Park on the waterfront is permanent.
The renovations were partially funded by the city, and partially by private donors.
The first major performance is scheduled for Nov. 6, but the venue will be hosting smaller shows until then.
