Residents at the Starrett City apartment complex say they've been without hot water for more than a week and are being ignored by the complex's management company.
Residents say their hot water initially went out on April 5, when the building had to shut it off due to a broken underground pipe. Hot water returned after the pipe was repaired, but tenants say it went out again two days later - that time for an entire week.
According to tenants, it's still a problem and many are tired of not having hot water to take a shower or do laundry.
They say that complaints to the management company have received no response.
