Yesterday there was a soaker with several strong storms in some neighborhoods. Today's risk for severe thunderstorms is low, but there is the potential for heavy rain later this evening and overnight. The risk of heavy rain will linger through Monday and Tuesday. A total of 1-2 inches of rain is expected with higher amounts expected in thunderstorms.
WHAT TO KNOW:
  • Dry early this morning.
  • Showers develop this afternoon and can be heavy this evening.
  • On and off Showers Monday and Tuesday. Heavy rain is possible, especially Monday afternoon.
  • Rain likely ends by Wednesday but stray showers could linger.
TODAY: Cloudy and cooler with high temperatures in the upper 60s. A passing shower is possible late this morning becoming more widespread this afternoon.
TONIGHT: Periods of rain are expected. Heavy rain is possible especially early. Temperatures in the mid 50s.
MONDAY: Overcast with showers likely. Highs near 60.
TUESDAY: Overcast with more rain expected throughout the day. Locally heavy rain is possible. Highs in the low to mid 60s.
WEDNESDAY: Mainly cloudy early with peeks of sunshine later in the morning and afternoon. Highs near 70.
