Showers this evening and the potential for heavy rain overnight tonight through midday on Friday.
Expect a Friday washout with the heaviest rain early in the day.
An isolated thunderstorm could bring localized flooding, especially west of the city. 1 to 2" of rain is expected in our borough tonight through Friday.
FORECAST: TODAY: Dry to start, then showers. Stray showers arrive after 1 PM and showers and isolated thunderstorms will pass through for the evening commute and dinnertime. Otherwise expect mostly cloudy skies today with highs in the mid 70s.
OVERNIGHT: Rain likely. Periods of heavy rain is possible overnight tonight. Low temperatures in the 50s. FRIDAY: A washout from start to finish. Heavy rain will slow down the morning commute early with on and off showers throughout the day. Rain will be less intense later in the afternoon. High temperatures only near 60 degrees.
SATURDAY: We have a few morning clouds early on Saturday with more sunshine in the afternoon. Highs near 70.
SUNDAY: It's a beautiful Mother's Day with high temperatures in the mid 70s and ample sunshine. Enjoy!
