STORM WATCH: Thunderstorms likely for Thursday followed by more summer-like heat

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy, warm and humid. Lows near 72.
THURSDAY – STORM WATCH: Thunderstorms likely around noon, with downpours possible as early as 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Lingering leftover downpour is also possible through sundown, but most areas remain rain-free after the midday storms.
FRIDAY: Hot and sunny behind the storms. It's a dry heat. Highs up to 90 for most with minimal sea breeze. Lows near 67.
SATURDAY: The best of the three weekend days. Sun gives way to a few clouds, still hot and dry. Highs near 87. Lows near 65 with showers possible at night. SUNDAY: An improving forecast. A shower is possible early, then partly cloudy and really warm again. Highs near 84. Lows near 66. MEMORIAL DAY – STORM WATCH POSSIBLE: Cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely. Timing and details remain limited but anticipate poor outdoor conditions. Highs in the mid 70s, lows in the low 60s.
