Bronx native to guest-star on final season of 'Power'

Bronx native Shana Salomon will be guest starring in the final season of the popular TV series "Power."
"I'm excited about that, I always wanted to be on that show," Salomon told News 12.
You may have seen her on NBC's "Shades of Blue," HBO's "The Deuce" or "Law and Order SVU." And while she's proud of her on-screen accomplishments, Salomon is especially excited about her new YouTube series.
The web series "The Closest Bitch" just won three awards for the Hip Hop Film Festival.
Salomon plays 11 different characters in the series and says it's loosley based on her life experiences and struggles to please people.
William Alexander Reynolds is the co-producer and director.
"I just went after my goals, I stayed consistent. I know that sounds cheesy but it's true, it works. It took me 14 years to get here, but if you stay consistent, and maybe hopefully it will be shorter for you," said Salomon.
