The Straphangers Campaign has released its 16th annual "State of the Subways" report.
The watchdog group named the No. 2 train, which travels to parts of the borough, as the worst in the city.
The report is based on an extensive review of official transit data from 2013, including high frequency of service, minimal delays, seat availability and cleanliness, among other factors.
According to the statistics, train car breakdowns on the No. 2 train are up 11 percent from 2011 to 2013.
The No. 5 train was ranked the most irregular line as trains only came in on time 71 percent of the time.
One silver lining to the report--overall trains in New York have gone from being 90 percent clean to 92 percent clean.
