The Sugar Hill Supper Club plans to donate Thanksgiving meals to neighbors in need this holiday, according to its owners.
The well-known dinner spot has prepared to feed hundreds of families Thanksgiving mainstays like cranberry sauce, stuffing, yams and turkey.
Local residents say the restaurant has been offering similar charity since it opened in Bedford-Stuyvesant 35 years ago. This year several entertainment companies are chipping in: the MTA Playaz, BPE and First Hammer.
The restaurant also plans to hold a coat drive before Christmas.
