Summer Resource Day at Restoration Plaza in Bed-Stuy brought City Hall to Brooklyn Friday.

Residents had the chance to talk to representatives from the New York City Housing Authority, the Department of Education, Mayor Bill de Blasio's Office and other government agencies. Issues ranged from paying their water bills to how to grow a small business.

The fair was organized by the National Action Network, a civil rights organization started by the Rev. Al Sharpton. Sharpton was there doing his syndicated radio show.

Along with learning about services, residents had the opportunity to apply for jobs with the NYPD and FDNY.

The National Action Network is planning on organizing another fair this winter.
